SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The cost of shipping may be added to the value of the products ordered under the terms regulated on this website. The consumer will be informed of the final price of his purchase.

All orders placed on the Always Algarve website will be shipped via CTT and are subject to shipping costs mentioned in the purchase process.

Orders will only be processed by the services from Monday to Friday, regardless of the day the order was placed. The normal delivery time is 1 to 5 business days (after order payment confirmation).

Normal delivery times for orders may change during unusual times, holiday periods, exceptional workloads,  such as sales periods and holidays, times when delivery times may be slightly altered.

Given that CTT requires a signature when delivering orders, the user or a representative must be present at the destination address at the time of delivery.

From the moment orders are dispatched, Always Algarve will not be able to change your delivery address.
